Only 6 days to go until due date

Everything is now totally ready and Darcy is getting used to her whelping box. Note the 'canopy' we have recently added, to give more of a 'cave feel' and also keep it warm and cosy. Also note tray of medical bits and pieces all ready. Big comfy chair for me to spend many hours in - file open and ready with notes in. Dog breeding books mostly read. Heaters in and we are just testing the temperature we can get the whelping area to.
Diary mostly clear - we won't be leaving her alone for any length of time now.
She is feeling fine but tired and also restless - she just can't get comfy for very long. Still happy to walk and quite perky.
