3am and finally some real action - gushes of clear fluid and mucus - just at the moment that I made myself some marmite toast - which I don't fancy now. May be Welli's lucky night !
Then I thought: the waters aren't supposed to break first and if they do the fluid is yellow. It isn't, it's clear. So technically the waters haven't broken and this is just some lubrication being provided. The amniotic fluid should remain in its sac until it emerges, and then break.
